I haven't played Castlevania in YEARS but I liked this skin and since its free right now I'm running with it.

Nebraskon con talk now...
Spent the hours before driving down to Nebraska to finish ~MisterMadman's bloody Russia cosplay before leaving at three thirty in the morning. (I'm still sick by the way) There were seven of us in the van plus all our stuff and I ended up driving 4/6 hours, yay -_- We got there about ten and the con opened at eleven so we had time to unpack and get ready. I was sleep deprived and sick so I ended up napping shortly after picking up my badge. The first day I mostly wore my caterpillar halloween costume and was alternately asked who I was cosplaying (after they took my picture) to which I either told them it was from Wonderful Wonder World or some random anime I would come up with on the spot. Towards the end of the night I changed into Germany and met a lot of the people who would be coming to the hetalia photoshoot the next day.
Saturday I mostly spent dressed as Germany and it was amazing how many people recognized me XD The photoshoot was a ton of fun but I had to cut out a little early since the heat was making me feel even sicker. I met up with Snii(better known as the Sealand from APHWC on youtube) a little later and we discovered dollar salads, which were delicious. The Hetalia panel was a fun and about a 2/3 of the way though I changed into my Queen Victoria dress for the Cosplay Contest. No I didn't get naked, I was already wearing my QV undergarments under Germany's uniform. I did a Kuroshitsuji walk on with ~KrazedDemonKat and our friends' Leslie and Erin. We didn't win but the insane applause we got for our efforts was more than enough. After that we had a mini photoshoot with some other cosplayers in one of the sitting areas. Then I changed into Hyakurin, jumped in the pool, got out, changed into regular clothes, and hung out with friends for the rest of the night.
Sunday was Vampire Knight cosplay. Originally I was supposed to be Aido Hanabusa but my uniform never came so I stole Russia's scarf, wore a sweatshirt, tossed a green blanket over my shoulders, and became Headmaster Cross instead. The photoshoot was pretty damn awesome and there were some sweet pictures taken. We left after closing ceremonies and didn't stop until we got to Brookings were we met up with ~luckyduck2 and ate a really late dinner at McDonalds. Then we drove the rest of the way back and made it home around midnight.

Apparently during our return trip there had been an armed robbery a few blocks away from MSUM and the college had gone into lockdown while they hunted the fugitives. Nobody got hurt and it was over by the time we got back but it was a little nerve wracking for a while.

I came up with some more cosplays this weekend for me to do btw: Yasuchika Haninozuka from Ouran Host Club and Mako from Nerima Daikon Brothers. I've also become more determined to be Belarus from Axis Powers Hetalia, because its so much fun to creep on Chris.

Thats all for now, I'll be home for a few days around Thanksgiving but I'm not sure if I'll be able to do anything with anyone. But here is hoping *crosses fingers*
